2. Once you have made the full payment, Sturdy Homes will start manufacturing your order and provide you with an “Architectural Plan” to help you with the permit process.
3. When your ordered product is ready to be shipped, Sturdy Homes will provide you with a shipping schedule date and deliver your order.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be Modified, Canceled, or Returned.

PERMIT: City/County/State Permits |
OTHERS: Buyer’s responsibility to acquire and install Doors, Windows, Interior division lumber, Electrical/Plumbing material and accessories, Kitchen Cabinet, Kitchen Counter & Top, Flooring Tiles, or any other requirements. Also, Buyer is responsible for Land Clearing, Concrete Pad Foundation, Landscaping, Lighting, Furniture, or any other requirements. |
Order Procedures:
1) When the Buyer is ready to place an order, please contact Sturdy Homes, then Sturdy Homes will verify the Buyer’s order details and provide the Buyer with a “Purchase Contract” to sign. |
2) Once the Buyer has made the Full Payment, Sturdy Homes will start manufacturing the Buyer’s order and provide the Buyer with an “Architectural Plan” for the Buyer’s permit process. |
3) When the Buyer’s ordered product is ready to be shipped, Sturdy Homes will provide the Buyer with a shipping schedule date and deliver the order. |
